My first attempt at messing with these lil' plastic blocks in a couple years. The heart is 4 studs thick and made of over 280 1x2 blocks, carefully aligned so that you can see straight through every single one. The figures are all made of individually-purchased pieces (hands, arms, torsos, heads, hairpieces, legs). The hair for the girlfriend figure is apparently quite rather rare and demanded quite the premium on eBay! Unfortunately this was finished at the last minute, and I didn't get the 2nd set of flesh-colored hands in time for the big date. I'll slyly install them later. The single layer of white pieces built up on the base are all aligned in one direction to allow the whole base to warp inward a little, which lets it spin around on its center.
