It is a time of heartfelt jubilation throughout the Station. After our earlier-than-planned opening to the public, Mission Control had expressed doubts that we would be able to hold up with the traffic and finish the planned upgrades and repairs by the promised "middle of July" date. As things turned out, however, it seems that all worries were unfounded.

Here is a brief list of what we did:

• Cleaned out the Dedications module to provide a front-end for the now partially-public Barracks. (We restored the Dedications into the retrofitted Barracks lobby.)
• Converted the space-wasting Experiences module into a Cargo Deck to provide freely downloadable binary units.
• Added the Music Station as the first Cargo Deck submodule.
• Finally completed the signs for the Main lobby.
• Reviewed all Station module code and made minor modifications accross the board in order to effect a cleaner, easier-to-use atmosphere.

Thanks to Mission Control, the Commander, and especially to all of the visitors who provide feedback and give true life to Station One.
